Dr Firdaus Abd Rahim is a consultant cardiologist with more than 20 years’ clinical experience. His special interests include preventative cardiology and risk-modifying strategies, chest pain assessment and lipid management.
After completing his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Adelaide, Dr Rahim went on to pursue a Master of Medicine (Internal Medicine) at the National University of Malaysia.
He completed a Fellowship in Cardiology at Kuala Lumpur’s world-renowned National Heart Institute, then worked as a consultant cardiologist at Serdang Hospital before returning to Australia.
In addition to being an experienced cardiologist, Dr Rahim is also a skilled general physician and offers our patients a holistic approach to cardiac care.
