My Health Record Upload Interruption

Temporary System Outage
Please be advised that this practice is currently experiencing a technical system interruption that is preventing us from uploading diagnostic imaging written reports to My Health Record.

Our software vendor and technical teams are working urgently to resolve this issue. However, we anticipate that our uploading capabilities will be delayed by approximately two weeks.

What this means for you:

  • Your Care is Unaffected: Your referring doctor will still receive your imaging results securely and on time through our normal direct channels.
  • Delayed Uploads: Your written report will not appear on your My Health Record immediately. We are securely queuing all reports and will upload them automatically once system functionality is fully restored.

In accordance with the My Health Record (National Terms of Use) Rules, this notice serves to inform our patients of a temporary technical exception to the mandatory 24-hour upload requirement.
